Mackenzie is the manager of knowledge systems for the Hampton Roads Community Foundation, the largest grant and scholarship provider in Hampton Roads. Mackenzie is part of a fundraising team that has raised more than $191 million for charities in southeastern Virginia over the past 15 years.

Mackenzie is a current graduate student at the Indiana University's Lilly School of Philanthropy where she is working on her master's degree in Philanthropic Studies. Mackenzie holds a bachelor of arts in business administration with a concentration in management from Saint Leo University and a certificate in nonprofit management from Tidewater Community College.
 

When I'm not at work, I love to read, listen to podcasts, and spend time with my husband, Aaron, and our two rescue dogs, Mae and June.
